About Sendcloud
Sendcloud is a shipping platform aimed at e-commerce businesses in Europe. It connects your store, such as Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop, to a long list of carriers, so you can compare services, print labels in bulk and set shipping rules that pick a carrier automatically by weight, destination or product. You can ship with Sendcloud's pre-negotiated rates or plug in your own carrier contracts. After the sale it handles branded tracking emails and pages, and on higher plans a branded returns portal and analytics. It is used mostly by small and mid-sized shops shipping across European countries, though it supports international shipments too. Pricing combines a monthly plan with a small fee per label; a free plan covers very low parcel volumes without a subscription, and paid plans add users, integrations and automation and come with a free trial. It runs in the browser.
