About Socrative
Socrative is a classroom assessment app from Showbie that lets teachers run quizzes, quick questions, exit tickets and team-based Space Race games, then watch results arrive live. Answers are graded automatically, students can see explanations as soon as they submit, and reports can be exported as summaries or per-student printouts. Teachers run activities in rooms that students join with a room name, without needing their own accounts, and AI features can generate questions from a description, import existing material or summarise results. It is used in K-12, higher education, vocational and corporate training for formative checks rather than full exams. It runs in the browser with apps for phones and tablets. The free plan covers a few quizzes and one room of up to 50 students; paid plans priced per teacher seat add unlimited quizzes, more rooms, larger classes and longer report history, and it is free for students.
