About SpotOn
SpotOn is a US point-of-sale and restaurant management system for full-service and quick-service restaurants, bars and multi-location groups. Its countertop stations and handheld devices take orders and payments at the table, send tickets to kitchen displays and keep working in an offline mode that holds all stations together when the internet drops. Around the POS it adds online ordering, reservations, marketing, loyalty, an AI menu assistant, profitability reporting and SpotOn Teamwork for scheduling, tip management and payroll prep. Owners manage menus and reports from any device. Pricing is a monthly fee per station plus card processing, with a plan that charges no per-station fee in exchange for higher processing rates, a cheaper-rate plan with a station fee, and custom pricing for large groups; hardware, installation, training and 24/7 support are bundled. SpotOn also sells a simpler terminal for small businesses.
Best for: US restaurants that want handhelds, reliable offline mode and labor tools in one POS.
