About Spring Health
Spring Health is a mental health platform that employers and health plans offer to their members, and which is also available through hundreds of insurance plans and a self-pay route. New members take a digital assessment, get a personalised care plan and can book therapy, coaching, medication management or specialty care, filtering clinicians by specialty, language, background and in-person or virtual availability. Between sessions there are self-guided exercises and an AI assistant called Guide that carries context forward. The company pitches care that follows people when they change jobs or insurance. For employers it reports de-identified engagement and outcome data and includes crisis and critical-incident support. Sessions can cost as little as nothing for covered members; employer pricing is quoted. Spring Health says more than 170 million people have access through customers such as Target, Microsoft and Pfizer.
