About TabbyML

Tabby, made by TabbyML, is an open-source AI coding assistant designed to be self-hosted. A team runs its own Tabby server with open coding models, on a GPU machine, in Docker or on a Mac, and connects IDE extensions for VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, Vim and Neovim, Eclipse and others. It provides code completion, an answer engine that can draw on your repositories and docs, and inline chat, with admin features such as user management and usage reports. Because it runs on infrastructure you control and works with open-weight models, code never has to leave your network, which is the main reason teams pick it. The Community edition is free for up to five users; a Team plan per seat and Enterprise licensing add more users, flexible deployment and security features. TabbyML has also started an agent product called Pochi. It suits teams that need private completions and are comfortable running their own model server.

Best for: Teams that want private, self-hosted code completion with open models.
