About Tickertape

Tickertape is an investment research app from the smallcase group for people investing in India. It has screeners for Indian stocks, ETFs and mutual funds, company pages with financials and a scorecard that rates performance, valuation and profitability, plus market news, deal data from large investors and a Market Mood Index. You can link demat accounts to analyse a multi-asset portfolio, check diversification and spot red flags in holdings. It also lets Indian residents invest in US stocks and ETFs through the app. The free version covers basic screens and research. Tickertape Pro, paid monthly, quarterly or yearly, adds advanced screens, many more filters, analyst forecasts, data export and an ad-free experience. It runs on the web, iOS and Android. Compared with Screener it is more visual and app-friendly, while Screener's query screens appeal more to spreadsheet-minded fundamental investors.

Best for: Indian retail investors who want visual stock and fund research on their phone.
