About Zoko
Zoko is a WhatsApp platform made for Shopify merchants. Installed from the Shopify App Store, it connects a store's official WhatsApp API number to a shared team inbox, and adds bulk broadcasts, customer tags and segments, a WhatsApp catalog, a website chat widget, pop-up campaigns, click-to-WhatsApp ads and WhatsApp calling. Ready-made flows recover abandoned checkouts, confirm cash-on-delivery orders and send order updates, and paid add-ons provide AI agents that answer FAQs, track orders and take orders in chat. Instagram and Messenger can be added to the same inbox. Every plan has every feature; the three tiers differ only in included conversations and agent seats, and Meta's messaging fees are paid directly to Meta. There's a seven-day trial and no contract. It's run by a US and Bengaluru team and suits D2C brands in India and elsewhere that sell on Shopify.
