About AiSensy

AiSensy is an Indian WhatsApp Business API platform focused on marketing: sending broadcast campaigns to large opted-in contact lists, retargeting people who clicked, and automating replies. It gets businesses onto the official WhatsApp API without a procurement fee, helps with the green-tick application, and adds a shared team inbox, a drag-and-drop chatbot builder, AI agents, WhatsApp forms, catalogue and payment collection, and click-to-WhatsApp ad management. Integrations cover Shopify, Razorpay, WebEngage, LeadSquared and webhooks. Plans are pre-paid, with a free forever tier and paid monthly, quarterly or yearly subscriptions; there is no cap on how many contacts you import. Chatbot flows and AI agents are paid add-ons, and WhatsApp's own per-message fees come out of a separate credit wallet, so costs grow with campaign volume. It is aimed at small and mid-sized businesses in India and other emerging markets, works in the browser, and has Android and iOS apps.
