About Aside

Aside is a web browser from Aside Computer Inc., a Y Combinator-backed startup, built around an AI agent that works inside the sites you're already signed in to. Instead of relying on integrations, the agent operates web pages directly, so you can ask it to reply to messages, gather research, fill in internal tools or run a task on a schedule ('routines'), and it pauses for your approval before sensitive actions such as payments or posts. A built-in password vault autofills logins for the agent without showing it the credentials, and it keeps a memory of your browsing history to supply context. The company says tasks, memory and data stay on your device. You can connect your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription or an API key. There is a free plan with a monthly credit allowance, plus paid Pro, Max and team plans for heavier use.
