About Brightpearl
Brightpearl is a retail operations platform, part of Sage, aimed at multichannel retailers and wholesalers that sell through Shopify, physical stores, marketplaces and B2B channels at the same time. It keeps one stock count across every channel and location, then routes and allocates orders, handles back orders, partial shipments and dropshipping, and pushes labels through shipping and 3PL integrations. An automation engine lets teams set rules for routing, fulfilment and invoicing without custom code, and Inventory Planner adds demand forecasting and suggested purchase orders. It also includes a basic CRM, retail reporting and an accounting module, or it can post to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage instead. Pricing is quote-based after a scoping call, with unlimited users included, and onboarding is an expert-led implementation that typically takes three to four months. It's built for growing retailers replacing spreadsheets or legacy systems, not for very small shops that want to sign up and start the same day.
