About inFlow Inventory
inFlow Inventory, made by Canadian company Archon Systems, covers stock control for small and mid-sized product businesses. It tracks stock across locations, assembles kits and simple manufactured products, generates and scans barcodes, and handles sales orders, invoicing, picking, packing and shipping, as well as purchasing with RFQs and scan-to-receive. A B2B portal lets wholesale customers browse your catalogue and place orders online, and integrations connect ecommerce stores and accounting tools. Mobile apps for Android and iOS let staff scan and count on the floor, and the company sells its own rugged scanners and label printers. Pricing is by subscription after a 14-day free trial with no credit card. It runs in the browser and suits wholesalers, field-service firms and light manufacturers better than one-person shops.
Best for: Wholesalers and light manufacturers that need barcoding, kits and B2B ordering.
