About Sortly

Sortly is an inventory app built around a phone. You add items with photos, sort them into folders by location, and scan barcodes or QR codes with the camera to update quantities, so it works for small businesses, contractors, schools and anyone tracking equipment rather than running a warehouse. It sends low-stock and date-based alerts, prints its own barcode and QR labels, lets staff check items in and out, and produces reports on stock movement. Higher plans add purchase orders, jobs, custom roles and integrations. There is a free plan for up to 100 unique items, and paid plans are priced by item count with a 14-day free trial. It runs on iPhone, Android and the web. It is not designed for multichannel order management or ecommerce syncing, where Zoho Inventory or Cin7 fit better.

Best for: Small teams tracking stock, tools or equipment from their phones.
