About Dixa
Dixa is a customer service platform from Denmark that treats every channel as a conversation in one queue. Phone, email, chat, messaging apps and social messages are routed to agents based on skills and availability, and the built-in contact centre means many teams don't need a separate phone system. Its AI products add an AI agent that resolves common requests, an assistant that drafts replies, and quality and insight tools. Dixa was founded in 2015 and is mainly used by consumer brands in Europe. Pricing is per agent per month in euros or pounds across Growth, Ultimate and Prime plans, sold through demos rather than self-serve sign-up. Compared with Zendesk it has fewer integrations and a smaller ecosystem, but the routing and voice are stronger out of the box. It runs in the browser. It suits European consumer brands that want voice and digital channels routed together.
Best for: European consumer brands that want phone and digital channels in one routed queue.
