Tidio combines a live chat widget, a help desk inbox and Lyro, its AI agent, in one product aimed at small and mid-sized online businesses. Lyro answers common questions from your FAQ and help content, Flows let you build no-code chatbots for things like lead capture or abandoned carts, and the inbox brings in email, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. It integrates closely with Shopify, WordPress and other ecommerce platforms. Plans are priced by the number of billable conversations, with Lyro and Flows usage sold in separate tiers, and a free plan with limited conversations remains after the trial.
