About Doodle

Doodle became a household name for one job: sending a poll with a few candidate dates and letting a group vote on the one that suits most people. That Group Poll is still its core, and it now sits alongside booking pages for clients, one-to-one meeting proposals and sign-up sheets for workshops or volunteer slots. Doodle connects to Google, Outlook and other calendars to avoid double bookings, and paid plans add video links for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex, reminders, deadlines and the ability to hide participants from each other. The free plan is limited to one poll, one booking page and one 1:1 at a time and shows ads, so frequent users pay per seat, with yearly billing cheaper than monthly. It runs in the browser and has mobile apps. It remains a good fit for coordinating committees, classes and cross-company meetings, but for pure one-person booking links there are cheaper options.

Best for: Organisers who need a group to vote on a meeting date, plus occasional booking pages.
