About Koalendar

Koalendar is a hosted scheduling tool that keeps the basics free: unlimited bookings, event types and scheduling links, video-call links, embedding on your website and mobile apps for iPhone and Android. Booking pages can be shown in more than thirty languages, which is useful for businesses with international clients, and you can import existing Calendly event types in one click. The paid Pro plan, priced per seat, adds round-robin and multi-host events, email reminders, payments and branding removal, while the Business plan bundles several seats and adds waitlists and further team features. Seats can be people or bookable resources such as rooms. Paid plans come with a seven-day trial without a card. Koalendar is aimed at professionals and small businesses, and its admin options are lighter than enterprise schedulers; the trade-off is a tool that most people can set up in a few minutes.

Best for: Freelancers and small businesses that want free unlimited booking links with mobile apps.
