About TidyCal
TidyCal is a scheduling app made by AppSumo for freelancers, coaches and small businesses who want booking links without another monthly bill. You connect Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars, create booking types, and share a link or booking page; clients can pay through Stripe or PayPal, buy session bundles, or sign up for recurring paid sessions. It also offers group bookings, reminders by email and text, polls and a small directory of providers. The free plan includes unlimited bookings and booking types, the lifetime deal unlocks the paid features for a single one-time payment, and a Pro subscription adds AI and advanced features for people who want everything. It is web-based with no dedicated mobile apps. Integrations are thinner than Calendly's and team features are basic, so it fits individuals and very small teams best, but the price makes it one of the cheapest ways to run paid bookings.
Best for: Freelancers and coaches who want paid booking links without a monthly subscription.
