About SimplyBook.me
SimplyBook.me lets service businesses take bookings through a booking website, a widget on their own site, Facebook and Instagram, or a branded client app. The base system covers services, staff, calendars and reminders, and you switch on extra features as custom modules: deposits and tips, point of sale, memberships and packages, classes, intake forms, waitlists, HIPAA mode and SAML single sign-on on higher plans. It is used by salons, clinics, fitness studios, schools and rental businesses in many countries, and accounts can choose where their data is stored, such as the UK, US or Australia. There is a free plan with a small monthly booking limit, and paid tiers raise booking volumes and unlock more modules; a 14-day trial of premium features needs no card. Prices on the site are shown in local currency. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android admin apps. The modular approach is flexible but can make it hard to know which plan you need.
Best for: Service businesses that want booking plus add-ons like memberships, POS and classes.
