About Setmore
Setmore is an online booking system for salons, clinics, tutors, trades and other small businesses that run on appointments. You get a booking page that shows your services and staff, an admin calendar, email reminders, customer records and online payments, and the free plan already covers up to four staff members with unlimited appointments. The paid Pro plan, priced per user per month, adds text reminders, recurring and video appointments, two-way calendar sync, Google Reviews prompts and removal of Setmore branding. An optional live receptionist service in the US answers calls and books appointments for an extra monthly fee. There are iOS and Android apps for staff, plus a desktop app, and support by chat, email and phone is available on every plan. Setmore is not built for sales-team routing, and some features such as text reminders and calendar sync are reserved for Pro, but for a small shop the free tier is unusually generous.
