About zcal
zcal positions itself as a free alternative to Calendly for individuals. The free plan includes unlimited scheduling links and calendar connections, meeting polls, booking pages you can style with custom fonts, colours, layouts and media, and integrations with common video tools. Pro and Business plans, priced per user per month with a 14-day trial, add team scheduling such as co-hosted and round-robin meetings, SMS reminders, more branding control, multiple teams and priority support. The company says the large majority of its features are free, which makes it a strong option for solo professionals who mainly need good-looking booking links. It runs in the browser with no native mobile apps. The paid tiers are still relatively young compared with established competitors, refunds are not offered after the trial, and the integration list is shorter than the market leaders', so larger teams should check that their CRM and workflows are covered.
Best for: Individuals who want polished, free booking links with unlimited calendars.
