About Eat This Much

Eat This Much generates meal plans for you instead of making you pick recipes one by one. You set a calorie target, macro minimums, a preferred eating style such as keto, vegan or Mediterranean, and how many meals you want a day, and it fills in the menu. If a meal doesn't appeal, you can regenerate it with one click, and recurring foods let you keep favourites on repeat while the planner works around them. A virtual pantry tells the planner what you already own so it uses those ingredients first. The free plan creates one day at a time and includes food logging with barcode scanning. The Premium subscription plans whole weeks, builds a grocery list automatically and can send it to delivery services such as Instacart and Amazon Fresh. There is also a per-client plan for dietitians and coaches. It runs on the web and has iOS and Android apps. It suits people who know their targets and want the daily decisions taken off their hands.

Best for: People with calorie or macro goals who want menus generated for them rather than planned by hand.
