About Infobip

Infobip is a Croatian-founded CPaaS company whose platform lets businesses send and receive messages across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Viber, voice, email, live chat and other channels through one set of APIs. On top of the raw channels it sells higher-level products: Moments for customer journeys, a chatbot builder and AI agents, a cloud contact centre, a customer data platform and identity checks such as phone number lookup. It has a presence in over 190 countries and direct connections with many mobile operators, which is why banks, retailers and telcos use it for one-time passwords and notifications at scale. Channels are billed pay-as-you-go per message, with prices varying by destination country and network; the more advanced products are sold on custom plans through sales. A free trial is available to test the APIs. Compared with Twilio, it leans more toward enterprise omnichannel engagement and less toward a self-serve developer experience.
