About Nifty

Nifty is an all-in-one project management tool that tries to replace a stack of separate apps. Each project has tasks in list, board, swimlane, timeline and calendar views, milestones that drive a Gantt-style roadmap, documents and files, discussions and direct messages, time tracking and forms. Portfolios group projects by team or client, automatic check-ins collect status updates, and guest access makes it practical for agencies sharing progress with clients. The milestone-first approach makes progress easy to read at a glance. It covers a lot of ground, so individual parts such as docs or chat are less deep than dedicated apps. There is a free plan with unlimited members but tight storage and project limits; paid plans are offered either as flat monthly prices for a set number of members or per member per month, with a trial. Nifty runs in the browser with desktop apps for Mac and Windows and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Best for: Agencies and small teams that want tasks, docs and client communication in one tool.
