About OneLogin

OneLogin is a cloud identity platform that gives employees one login for the business apps they use. Admins connect apps from a catalogue of pre-built integrations, then manage who gets access, enforce multi-factor authentication with OTP, push or biometric factors, and provision or remove accounts as people join and leave, often driven from an HR system or directory. It supports SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, so it works with most SaaS and many in-house apps, and developers can use its APIs and SDKs to add login, user management and MFA to their own applications. OneLogin is part of One Identity and competes most directly with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, usually pitched as a simpler, lower-cost option for mid-sized companies. Paid plans are priced per user, with a free trial to evaluate it. Teams already deep in Microsoft 365 often find Entra ID included in licences they already own, which is the main reason people switch away.
