About Paycor
Paycor is a US human capital management platform built around payroll. Employers run payroll with automatic tax filing, then add HR records, benefits administration, time and attendance, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance and analytics as needed. Employees get a mobile app for clocking in, pay stubs, time-off requests and OnDemand Pay, which lets them draw earned wages before payday, and an AI assistant answers HR questions. Paycor has strong followings in healthcare, restaurants, manufacturing and other sectors with hourly staff, and it offers integrations through a marketplace and an integration platform. Pricing is quoted by sales across several bundles, and there is no free tier. Paychex agreed to acquire Paycor, and the product continues to be sold under the Paycor name. It suits US businesses from about 10 to a few thousand employees that want payroll and HR in one system with human support. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps.
Best for: US small and mid-sized employers with hourly staff who want payroll, time and HR together.
Pros and cons

Why people leave
- Prices are not published; quotes come through sales
- US-only payroll, so no help for staff abroad
- Future product direction depends on the Paychex merger
