About Polar Flow
Polar Flow is the companion platform for Polar sports watches, fitness trackers and heart rate sensors. Workouts, daily activity, sleep and recovery data sync from the device to the mobile app and to the web service at flow.polar.com, where you can analyse sessions in more detail, follow progress reports, plan training and set up the sport profiles and data screens shown on the watch. It supports well over a hundred sport types. Flow comes free with a Polar device and has no required subscription; Polar promotes a separate Fitness Program with adaptive training plans, which can be tried for free. It runs on iPhone, Android and the web. It is mainly useful for people who own Polar hardware: it is not a general activity tracker for other brands, and its social features are limited, so many users also sync their workouts to Strava.
Best for: Owners of Polar watches and sensors who want detailed training and recovery data.
