About Raindrop.io

Raindrop.io is a cross-platform bookmark manager for saving links, articles, images, videos and files into nested collections with tags. Saved items show previews, and you can highlight text, set reminders, find duplicates and broken links, share collections publicly or invite collaborators. A browser extension, iOS and Android apps, and desktop apps for Mac and Windows keep everything in sync, and there is an API plus integrations with automation tools. The free plan has no caps on bookmarks, collections or devices, which is why it is a common first choice. Pro, billed monthly or yearly, adds full-text search (including inside YouTube videos), permanent copies of saved pages, more upload space, cloud backups and clean-up tools. It is built by a very small independent team, and its client apps are open source on GitHub, though the service itself is hosted only. It suits people who collect lots of links for research, design inspiration or projects.

Best for: People who collect lots of links and want tidy collections with a free plan that has no caps.
