About SurveyJS

SurveyJS is a set of JavaScript components for developers who want to build forms and surveys into their own applications instead of using a hosted service. The Form Library, free and MIT-licensed, renders forms defined in JSON in React, Angular, Vue or plain JavaScript, with logic, validation, multi-page wizards, quizzes and many question types, and sends results to your own backend and database. Commercial add-ons include Survey Creator, a white-label drag-and-drop form builder you can embed for your users, a Dashboard for visualising results, and a PDF Generator; these require paid developer licences with a year of updates. Because everything runs in your app, you control data storage and there are no response limits or per-submission fees. The trade-off is that it is a toolkit: you need developers to integrate it and host the backend. It suits software teams building survey or form features into their own product, especially where data must stay on their servers.
