About Jotform
Jotform is one of the biggest online form builders and tries to cover nearly every form use case. Its drag-and-drop builder offers a huge template library, conditional logic, calculations, e-signatures, file uploads and payment fields for Stripe, PayPal, Square and others, and submissions can be turned into PDFs, routed through approval workflows or viewed in Jotform Tables, a spreadsheet-style database. The same account also includes a no-code app builder, a store builder, a PDF editor and Jotform Sign. Mobile apps let teams collect data offline in the field. There is a free Starter plan with limits on forms and monthly submissions, and paid Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers raise those limits; HIPAA-compliant and enterprise plans are available, and nonprofits and schools get discounts. The trade-off of all this breadth is a busy interface and Jotform branding on free forms. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps.
Best for: Small businesses and organisations needing payments, PDFs, approvals and lots of templates.
