About SysAid

SysAid is an IT service management (ITSM) platform for internal IT teams. It covers the standard ITIL processes (incidents, service requests, changes and problems) along with a self-service portal, SLA tracking, dashboards and asset and licence management, so tickets connect to the devices involved. Recent versions lean heavily on AI: a Copilot assists agents and end users, prebuilt AI agents handle routine tasks such as password resets and status updates, and an autonomous agent called Dex can be licensed separately. Remote support is available through Splashtop, and deeper network discovery through Lansweeper, as add-ons. Pricing is per agent per month, with a published starting price for the Professional plan, a quote-only Enterprise plan, and a 30-day free trial without a card. It is cloud-hosted and suits mid-sized organisations that want ITSM with AI included rather than bolted on, rather than a customer-facing support desk.

Best for: Mid-sized IT departments that want ITIL service management with AI agents and asset tracking included.
