About Vidyard

Vidyard is a video platform aimed at sales, marketing and customer success teams. Reps record screen and camera messages from the Chrome extension or desktop app and drop them into emails, LinkedIn or CRM sequences, and Vidyard tracks who watched and for how long. On top of messaging it offers business video hosting, branded video hubs and, more recently, AI avatars and an agent that generates personalised videos at scale. Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Marketo and email tools are the main reason teams choose it over general-purpose recorders. A free plan covers individual use with limits, a Starter plan unlocks unlimited recording and full analytics with a free trial, and Teams and Enterprise plans are quoted by sales. It is more expensive and sales-centric than Loom-style tools, so internal-only teams may not need what it adds, but outbound sales teams get the most value from its tracking and CRM sync.
