Zoho Learn combines a knowledge base with a lightweight learning management system. Teams write articles and organise them into manuals inside spaces, and can then turn that material into courses with quizzes, assignments and learning paths for employee onboarding or customer and partner training. External portals let you share knowledge with people outside the company under your own branding. It fits naturally for businesses already using other Zoho apps, with sign-in and integrations across the Zoho suite. Pricing is per user per month with a free plan for very small teams and paid tiers that raise limits on spaces, manuals, courses and storage, plus a trial. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It is less polished as a pure wiki than dedicated tools, and the training features may be unnecessary if you only need documentation, but it is good value for small businesses that want docs and training in one place.
