About Zoho WorkDrive

Zoho WorkDrive is Zoho's file management service for businesses, built around team folders rather than personal drives. Storage is pooled at the team level and grows with the number of users, and it includes Zoho's own document, spreadsheet and presentation editors, so it can stand in for a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 file layer at a lower cost. Admins get granular roles, audit logs, data loss prevention and retention controls on higher plans, and Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, handles search and summaries. It connects naturally to the rest of the Zoho suite such as CRM, Mail and Projects. Plans are billed per user per month with a minimum of three users, after a free trial. Apps run on the web, Windows, macOS and Linux, plus iOS and Android. It is best for companies already on Zoho; outside that ecosystem, integrations are fewer than Box or Dropbox.
