Chili Piper focuses on the moment a prospect fills in a demo form. Instead of waiting for a rep to email back, the visitor is qualified against CRM data, routed to the right account executive and offered a booking calendar right on the thank-you page. It also handles handoffs from SDRs to AEs, round-robin distribution with fairness rules, booking from inside Salesforce or HubSpot, and a standalone calendar tool called ChiliCal for teams that only need scheduling. Newer plans bundle data enrichment and AI credits. Pricing is aimed squarely at mid-market and enterprise revenue teams: annual platform contracts that include a set number of seats, with extra seats charged per month, and every plan is sold through a demo. It runs in the browser alongside your CRM. For a small team or an individual this is far more machinery and cost than needed, but for high-volume inbound funnels it is one of the most complete options.
