About Cozi
Cozi is built for busy households. The whole family shares one account, each person gets a colour on the shared calendar, and the app also holds shopping lists, to-do lists, recipes and a meal planner, so the weekly logistics live in one place. Everyone can add events from their phone, get reminders, and see a weekly agenda emailed to them; Cozi can also show events from Google, Outlook and Apple calendars. The free version covers the core calendar and lists with ads. Cozi Gold, a yearly subscription, removes ads and adds a month view on mobile, calendar search, more reminders, change notifications and a birthday tracker, and Cozi Max adds AI features such as turning emails into events. It runs on iPhone, Android and the web. Cozi is simple and well-liked by parents, but the free version's ads and the shared single login are drawbacks, and it isn't meant for work scheduling.
Best for: Families who want a shared calendar plus shopping lists and meal planning in one app.
