About Akiflow
Akiflow is built around the idea that tasks are scattered across email, Slack, Notion, Asana, Jira and a dozen other tools. It pulls them into a single inbox, lets you triage them with keyboard shortcuts, and then drag them onto your calendar as time blocks so your day has a realistic plan. The calendar side connects Google and Outlook accounts, shows availability, offers booking links and meeting scheduling, and an AI assistant called Aki can help plan or answer questions about your workload; meeting recording and summaries are an optional paid add-on. There is no free plan: new users get a seven-day trial that requires a card, then pay a monthly or cheaper yearly Pro subscription, with longer multi-year options also offered. It runs on Mac, Windows, the web, iOS and Android. It suits people who want one command centre for tasks and calendar, and the price is high for anyone who mainly needs a calendar.
Best for: Busy professionals who want tasks from many tools time-blocked on one calendar.
