About TimeTree
TimeTree is a calendar designed around sharing rather than individual productivity. You create a calendar for a group, such as your family, partner, sports team or club, invite people with a link, and everyone sees and edits the same events; each event has its own comment thread, so plans can be discussed where they live. You can keep several shared calendars, filter them together with your personal plans, and add memos and to-dos. The app is free with ads; an optional Premium subscription removes ads and adds file attachments, a vertical calendar view, pinned events and dedicated support, with prices that vary by region and app store. It runs on iOS, Android and the web. TimeTree started in Japan and is popular across Asia, and it is a simple way to coordinate household logistics. It is not a work calendar: integrations, time zones and meeting tools are minimal compared with Google or Outlook.
Best for: Families, couples and small groups who want one shared calendar everyone can edit.
