About Nimble

Nimble is a CRM for small businesses and solo professionals that focuses on relationships rather than heavy sales process. It builds unified contact records from email, calendar and social profiles, enriches them with company and social data, and shows that information in a browser sidebar while you work in Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn or other sites. Deals pipelines, workflow templates, message sequences and web forms cover the sales side, and it integrates with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, which not every inbox-centric CRM does. The trade-offs are a smaller ecosystem, reporting that is fairly basic, and an interface that can feel busy. It is sold as a paid per-user subscription with a free trial; there is no free plan.
