About Equals

Equals is a spreadsheet built for business analytics. Instead of pasting CSV exports into Excel, you connect it to sources such as Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Postgres or a warehouse like Snowflake, and the data syncs into sheets on a schedule. You then build reports with ordinary spreadsheet formulas, turn them into dashboards and push them to Slack. An AI agent can build reports and answer questions, and higher plans add writeback to your CRM and support for very large datasets. Every plan includes a forward deployed analyst who sets up your first reports, which suits startups and scale-ups that want revenue, pipeline and retention numbers without a data team. It's sold as an annual subscription that starts in the tens of thousands of dollars per year, with unlimited seats, so it's aimed at companies rather than individuals; there's a tailored trial but no self-serve free plan. It runs in the browser.

Best for: Startups and finance or RevOps teams who want live revenue metrics in a familiar spreadsheet.
