About Zoho Analytics
Zoho Analytics is a self-service BI and reporting tool. It pulls data from files, databases, warehouses and hundreds of business apps, with especially tight links to the rest of the Zoho suite such as Zoho CRM and Books, and comes with pre-built dashboards for many of those apps. Users build reports with drag and drop or ask questions in plain language through Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, which can also generate dashboards and narrated insights. Data prep, AutoML and Python notebooks cover more technical work. It suits small and mid-size businesses that want capable BI without enterprise pricing, particularly those already on Zoho. There is a small free plan and paid tiers priced by users and data rows, with a free trial. It runs in the cloud with mobile apps, and an on-premises edition is available. The interface packs in a lot of options, so it takes time to learn.
Best for: Small and mid-size businesses, especially Zoho users, wanting affordable self-service BI.
