About GoodTask

GoodTask does not keep its own database. It reads and writes your Apple Reminders and Calendar data and adds the views and tools Reminders lacks: day, week and month views that mix tasks and events, smart lists that include or exclude tags, lists and calendars, quick actions that apply preset dates and settings in one tap, text snippets, and a theme maker. Because data stays in Reminders, you can keep using Siri, family shared lists and the built-in app alongside it, and stop using GoodTask any time without exporting anything. It was named MacStories Selects App of the Year in 2018. It is available for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac from the App Store, with a free trial before you pay. The limitation is the same as Reminders itself: there is nothing for Windows, Android or the web, and the many settings can be a lot to learn.
