About Super Productivity

Super Productivity is an open-source task manager aimed at people who want to plan and measure their work in one place. Tasks can have subtasks, notes, tags, projects, estimates and repeats, shown as lists, Kanban boards or an Eisenhower matrix. A built-in timer tracks how long you spend on each task and turns that into timesheets and work reports, and focus mode with a Pomodoro timer and break reminders helps with deep work. You can pull in calendar events to timebox the day, and import issues from GitHub, GitLab, Jira and other trackers so developer work sits next to personal tasks. It is local-first: data stays on your device with no account, and you can sync via WebDAV, Dropbox or its optional Super Sync service. It is MIT-licensed and free, and runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and in the browser. The interface packs in a lot and the options can feel overwhelming at first.

Best for: Developers and freelancers who want tasks and time tracking together, free and offline.
