About Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms is one of the oldest and most respected form plugins for WordPress. It adds a drag-and-drop form editor inside the WordPress dashboard with conditional logic, calculations, multi-page forms, file uploads, save-and-continue and entry management stored in your own WordPress database. Its official add-ons connect to payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, email marketing tools, CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and services like Zapier, while its extensive hooks and API make it a favourite of developers building custom solutions; a large third-party add-on ecosystem fills in the rest. There is no free version: it is sold as yearly licences by number of sites, with higher tiers including more add-ons and priority support. Because it runs inside WordPress, it is no use for other site platforms, and you are responsible for hosting and updates. It suits WordPress agencies and developers who want a reliable, extensible form engine for client sites.

Best for: WordPress developers and agencies building complex forms for client sites.
