About LinkAce

LinkAce is a free, open-source, self-hosted tool for collecting and organising links over the long term. You save links with tags and add them to lists, then search, filter and sort your collection. Its distinguishing feature is upkeep: LinkAce checks every saved link regularly and notifies you if a site moves or goes offline, and it automatically submits new links to the Internet Archive so a backup exists without extra work. It supports multiple users with single sign-on through OAuth or OIDC, guest access with per-link, per-tag and per-list privacy controls, a REST API, and a Zapier integration. The interface is available in 15 languages. LinkAce ships with ready-made Docker configurations and a web installer, and can also run on Kubernetes or a plain PHP setup; official hosting is only on a waitlist. It suits people building a curated, shareable link collection that should stay healthy for years.

Best for: Curators who want a long-lived, shareable link collection that checks itself for dead links.
