About MagicBricks
MagicBricks is one of India's largest real estate websites, run by Magicbricks Realty Services, part of the Times Group. It lists flats, houses, villas, plots and commercial property for sale and rent in hundreds of Indian cities, from builders, agents and individual owners. Owners can post a property for free, and filters let you see owner-only or verified listings. Around search it adds tools for each step: locality price trends, a property valuation tool, home loan comparisons across many banks, EMI calculators, and interior design services. An optional paid MB Prime membership lets buyers and tenants contact owners directly with no commission and see Prime-exclusive listings. Agents and builders pay for advertising packages. There's an NRI section for Indians abroad. It runs on the web, Android and iOS.
Best for: Home buyers and renters across India who want a large listing pool and loan tools in one place.
