About NoBroker
NoBroker is an Indian property portal built around cutting out the middleman. Owners list flats and houses for rent or sale for free, and tenants and buyers contact them directly instead of paying a broker's commission, which in Indian cities often equals a month's rent or more. Listings are mainly in big cities such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and the Delhi area. Around the core listings it sells a lot of add-on services: online rental agreements delivered to your door, packers and movers, home painting and cleaning, rent payment by card and home loans. Searching is free, but seeing many owner phone numbers or getting help closing a deal needs a paid tenant, buyer or owner plan. It runs on the web, Android and iOS. The upsell to paid plans is persistent, and listing quality depends on owners, so stale or already-rented listings turn up.
Best for: Renters and owners in large Indian cities who want to skip brokerage fees.
