About Rightmove
Rightmove is the property website most people in the UK start with when moving. It lists homes for sale and to rent from estate and letting agents across the UK, plus new homes, commercial property and a section for homes overseas in places like Spain and France. Beyond search, it shows sold house prices, offers an instant online valuation and a way to request a free valuation from a local agent, and has guides and calculators for stamp duty and mortgages. Searching is free for buyers and renters; agents pay subscription fees to advertise. That means listings come from agents rather than private sellers or landlords, who can only appear through an agent or an online service that lists on their behalf. Rightmove runs on the web, iOS and Android.
Best for: Anyone buying or renting in the UK who wants to see the most listings in one place.
