About Melio
Melio lets small US businesses pay supplier and contractor bills online without writing cheques themselves. You upload or forward a bill, and Melio pays the vendor by bank transfer, wire, paper cheque or card, even if the vendor doesn't accept cards, so you can stretch cash flow on a credit card. It also pays vendors abroad in US dollars or local currencies, sends invoices and payment links to collect money, and captures bills with AI. Paid tiers add batch payments, approval workflows, W-9 collection and 1099 filing, and sync with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Xero. A free plan for one user includes a few free ACH payments each month; paid plans add more free payments and users, while card, instant and international payments carry fees. It runs in the browser with mobile apps and is aimed at small firms and their accountants.
