About Tipalti
Tipalti automates accounts payable for companies with many suppliers or payees, often in several countries. It captures invoices in almost any format, codes them to the ledger, matches them to purchase orders, routes them for approval and pays them, then reconciles the payments back to the ERP. Suppliers onboard themselves through a branded portal that collects bank details and W-9 or W-8 tax forms and validates tax IDs. A separate mass-payments product pays large networks of affiliates, creators, sellers or contractors. Payments go out in 200+ countries and territories through local rails, with currency accounts and FX handling. Native integrations cover NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business One. Plans start at a published monthly base price plus transaction fees, with larger customers quoted individually. It runs in the browser and is aimed at mid-market and growth companies.
