About Memtime
Memtime records the programs, documents, emails, calls and websites you use, minute by minute, and shows them in a timeline so you can fill in timesheets from memory-free records rather than guesses. Its distinguishing promise is privacy: the activity data stays offline on your computer, and only the time entries you create are shared. The Basic plan is for freelancers and teams that don't use project software, with built-in projects and reports; the Connect plan links to project and billing tools such as Jira, Asana and many others, so you can create entries in those systems directly. Pricing is per user per month with discounts for yearly and two-year billing, shown in several currencies, and there is a free 14-day trial with no card. It runs on Mac, Windows and Linux. It works best for knowledge workers who bill by the hour and keep forgetting to start timers; it has no mobile app.
Best for: Billable professionals who want automatic records without sending activity to a cloud.
